Also covered is, unlimited phone support, remote maintenance, 24/7and holiday emergency phone support and SDS software discounts. Additionally customers who purchase SDS support and maintenance service pay only one price for their support and maintenance regardless of how many software seat licenses they have at that site. Also to those Windows operating systems software customers whose maintenance and support service has expired, pay only the current year/multi-year price to renew the maintenance and support service, regardless of how long the service has been expired.
Customers, who are currently using ShopData Systems DOS operating systems software, please contact SDS for Windows operating systems software options. ShopData Systems no longer supports the maintenance and service for all SDS DOS software packages.
