new ShopData 2008 software (Quickduct CAD and Quickduct CAM)
ShopData 2008 supports the Windows XP and Windows 2000 operating systems.

Quickduct CAD Description:
Quickduct CAD's powerful features take the effort out of
creating time consuming shop drawings. The application contains automatic
features for dimensioning, tagging and duct routing which reduce hours of work
to just minutes. Quickduct CAD offers all the “extras” that you would
find only in a system developed by sheet metal experts. A complete
rectangle, round and flat oval fitting library gives you everything you
need to design and draw the most complex jobs.

Quickduct CAM Description:
Quickduct CAM utilizes powerful Windows features which makes it easy to select
fittings, input dimensions, choose quantity and material type, and then view
an actual 3D preview of the fitting and the 2D flat layout of the parts.
One click of the auto-nest button nests the parts to optimize material usage
and then you can view the nested plates as they will be cut. You can even modify
the finished patterns for special applications by using Industrial Fittings powerful
"Workbench" drawing tool. You can place holes, chop pieces, scale or stretch them,
and even merge two patterns together.
